Steph Spencer Hofmann is a dynamic creative leader with over 20 years of experience in retail, marketing, and brand development. She believes the best ideas are born from curiosity, courage, and collaboration—and she’s passionate about connecting imagination with strategy to create meaningful design that inspires action, drives sales, and builds lasting connections.
Steph began her career at Lilly Pulitzer, where she developed a love for brand storytelling and experiential marketing. Today, as a Creative Leader at Target, she guides and mentors teams to think bravely, dream boldly, and deliver work that connects deeply with guests and communities.
Leading with empathy, clarity, and authenticity, Steph fosters environments where creativity and people thrive. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom of two girls and a labrador pup, a Minneapolis lake-lover, art museum enthusiast, crafter, and concertgoer who finds inspiration in design, nature, and everyday human connection.
